It has been quite the year for SimpliVity, full of exciting industry validations from Gartner and Forrester and new technology developments. Despite 2016 quickly coming to a close, the SimpliVity team is not slowing down just yet. There is so much still to come, particularly in the US. In the first week of December alone, the team will be at two events.
One is the End User Experience: A VMUG Virtual Event on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, completely revolved around how to help solve some of the most frustrating issues around VDI. This one-day-only virtual event is complete with live keynotes, on-demand break out sessions, and interactive partner exhibits. SimpliVity’s own Brian Knudtson will be presenting at 10:05 a.m. CET on how hyperconvergence and VDI are the perfect match. Be sure to visit the SimpliVity exhibit to chat with SimpliVity experts and some customers on their experience with a SimpliVity VDI deployment.
SimpliVity will also be in Las Vegas from December 5-8 for the Gartner Data Center, Infrastructure & Operations Management Conference. Coming on the heels of the same conference hosted in London earlier this week, the whole team is ready to continue the conversations on the success and splendor of hyperconverged infrastructure.
On Monday, December 5, 2:00 – 2:45 p.m. PST, Paul Delory from Gartner will host a breakout session called, “Technical Insights: Evaluation Criteria for Hyperconverged Integrated System Appliances (HDISs),” where he will explain what the technical criteria should be when choosing a hyperconverged solution, and compare three of the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Systems leaders head-to-head.
SimpliVity CEO, Doron Kempel, will host a session called, “SimpliVity Corporation: Leveraging Hyperconvergence to Speed Application Delivery and Fuel Competitive Advantage,” on December 7 from 9:45 – 10:30 a.m. PST. No one should miss this opportunity to learn how SimpliVity’s technology completely changed one Global 50 enterprise customer’s data center to allow a projected $100 million in savings over the next five years.
Also on December 7, there will be a hyperconverged customer panel session at 10:45 a.m. PST called, “Hyperconverged Systems: Real World Production Experiences,” – sign up to learn how well hyperconverged infrastructure works straight form the end user.
As always, stop by the SimpliVity booth for live-demos and the latest news. Be sure to meet the team for coffee outside the exhibition hall on Tuesday and Wednesday, and for some live music and scotch on Wednesday night at 6:15 p.m. PST.
